How to make orders?
a. You can either register with us as a member or without being a member.
b. Feel free to browse through our website for all the available releases. Click on All Collection to see all the latest new releases or you can search the particular items via the search bar.
c. Once you make your choice, select the size and click ‘Add to Cart’ button!
d. The item will be automatically added to the cart on the right corner of your window!
e. And then after you satisfied with your choice, click check out to proceed with your order

What Payment methods do you accept?
PAYPAL (Credit Card/ Online Banking)
1. Currently we’re accepting most online payment system through our online e-payment gateway (Paypal)
2. Bank Transfer via CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE
a. Upon placing your order you will receive an invoice e-mail confirmation.
b. Please reply with a proof of transactions.
c. Our admins will review your order to make sure all the information is correct and the item(s) is ready to be delivered.
d. Our shipping department packs your item(s) and delivers them to your doorstep!
e. And if you have balance, the balance will be given together with the delivery item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can by call us on our hotline 24 hours after payment so that we won’t process your order.
Why is my order cancelled?
If you've made an order and haven't paid for 2 weeks, your order will automatically be cancelled. You will need to make a new order if you want the items again. But if you are late the item might be the item will be buy by other customer.
I’ve received the wrong item! What should I do?
We are terribly sorry about that! Kindly email us your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and the item you did not received and we will ask the courier to make a reverse-pickup your parcel within 2 weeks maximum. Besides, now we are opening a space for customer get into us via whatsapp to. Just message us at 013 285 5235
I’ve received my order, but one of the items is missing. What should I do?
Kindly email us your order number and the item you did not received to email@example.com ASAP! We will deliver your missing item within 2 weeks maximum.

Can I refund the products?
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your order, for instance to change the size, please re-deliver the parcel back to us within three (3) days after receiving it.
* Returned items received without abiding the above will not be accepted.
* Items will only be exchanged upon stock availability.
* The shipping cost will be bear by customers.
* All return items will be processed by our admins. It will take up to 7 working days upon item received.
What are your shipping options, policies and prices?
Shipping Option & Policies
Currently for Malaysia customers, we only send using PosLaju Service. It's an express delivery service with tracking number. We will only be held responsible as long as the items are still in our warehouse or if there is any return shipment, but once the items are shipped out, it will solely be POSLAJU responsibility to ensure it'll reach your doorstep within 2-3 working days. As for International courier, we also use Pos Laju Service, mainly for Brunei, Singapore and Japan.
Deliveries within Malaysia will not be charged. Only for Sabah & Sarawak the fees are at RM15 if the parcel more than rm250 purchase.
Do I have to sign for my parcels once its arrived?
Because the parcel is sent via a tracked service you will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If no one is at home, you can go for self pick-up service at your nearest post office using your reference number.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
You can check the status of your delivery by visiting POSLAJU e-tracking or just email us for help. You will need the reference number from your Order Confirmation.
